So today I’m going to write a blog about Robeen!  I was supposed to do it like, two weeks ago, but it’s just getting done now!

So, one day, I’m just casually hanging out in Azeroth like I usually do.  Sareith and I were killing ghouls and abominations for Tirion Fordring, when all of the sudden, Sareith is all, “One sec!  My friend is gonna come make a character on our server to talk to us!”.  So that day, I met Blastyn.  WHO IS ACTUALLY ROBIN. 

But yeah, I think it’s pretty awesome that we all met over wow. :D  Now Robeen is my sister, and she’s coming down for her second visit in like three weeks, and it’s gonna be awesome. 

I think it’s kickass that I met one of my bestbestbest friends in world of warcraft. :D  Robeen is always there to tell me when I’m being too girly, and whiny.  She’s a good sister, probably the best one I have. :D  If there’s anything I ever say to myself; “I NEED TO TELL THIS TO ONE OF MY SISTERS ASAP” about, I always go to her!  She’s nerdy, and funny, which makes sense obviously because she shares the same blood as her sibling, ME.  :D

I don’t know what me and Amanda would do with our days if Robeen wasn’t around. D:  We’d have nobody to get a bunny for!  Or at least a shirt with a bunny on it.  Anyways, I’m super stoked on her coming down to visit us, and partake in all these fun activities we have planned. :D  We’ll see how many pizzas she can eat this time!

So, I know I’m supposed to do another friends post thing.  But I needed to study last night.  And I’d do it now but I have to leave for work in less than an hour and it would take me more time than that to write.  SO.  I’m gonna write about WoW.

This is going to sound so cheesy, but it’s true.

I’ve played for about six years now.  I’ve met so many people in the game, and I’ve gotten to know so many real life friends because we both played WoW.  I’ve lost lots of the friends due to stupid things like deleting the only character that had them on my friends list, but lots of them are still in my other character’s lists. 

THIS MAKES ME SO SAD.  But here are my WoW friends.  RealID, and all of my good friends that only knew me as my character.

So, out of at LEAST 49 people that I’ve played wow with over the years, there are 10 still playing, and out of those 10, there’s only two of them that I actually ever play with.

But also I don’t like what they’ve been doing to the game.  I miss having to go find, and meet four other people, and then travel to a certain location to be able to run an instance.  I miss when the entire playerbase wasn’t just a big group of elitist jerks who’s entire focus in their life is to attempt to troll people.  And I miss being a noob. D:  I’ve literally seen every single corner of every possible place you can go, as well as some exploited areas that are outside of where you’re supposed to be. 

When I started my first character, I remember getting to level 10, and running to Orgrimmar, and I was so amazed at all the gear everyone had, and at how many level 60’s there were.  Someone whispered me and asked me to come to ‘rfc’, which I had no idea about, but I went anyways.  We spent hours in there, and we had all only been playing for a few days.  I MISS THAT SO MUCH.

Now you start a new character, get to level 15 in like an hour or less, and then it pops up with a screen.  “QUEUE FOR A DUNGEON NOW?”  So you queue up, wait a bit, and instantly get teleported to a random dungeon.  It’s almost always a full group of players who already have max level characters, with their boa’s and such, and they don’t talk, and they rage at you for ‘not doing enough damage’.  It’s just stupid. 

Anyways, I think I’m done my rant.  I just wish I could re-live my first days of wow.  All the way up through to the burning crusade, and into the first half of wrath of the lich king.  Best times ever.  Oh well, I’ll find new things to do.

So, Friendsday Wednesday is actually the day that Amanda and I try to have our Friends marathon.  We’ve almost watched half of all the episodes, it’s great.  :D  But in my blog, I’m gonna try to make a whole blog post about one of my friends, once a week, on Wednesdays.  I think it’s a solid idea!

So, our first interaction ever (I think this was it) was on the bus, during one of the two days that I was with Kelsey.  xD  I had my arm around her, and it was on her leg or something, and Amanda stood up, and slapped my hand off, and was all HEY NOW.   It was funny. :D  Later that year, we ended up in Science and Design Studies together, but still didn’t really talk much.  Then, I found out she played WoW.  <3  I don’t remember exactly how it happened, but eventually we had moved to the desks beside eachother in science, and talked through every class ever, and drew pictures on the desk and on eachothers notes and stuff.  In Design Studies, me, her, and Emma would just talk about WoW all class, and never get any work done.  The teachers of both classes were always all.  YOU GUYS GONNA WORK TODAY?  And yeah.  We rarely did.  One day, me and Amanda were listening to Foamy the Squirrel on my ipod, which she now hates.  But anyways, I wanted it back so I could listen to stuff by myself and get some work done.  So she jokingly goes to throw it at me, to scare me.  Well, it ended up across the room, and not working anymore. :P  BUT IT’S OKAY, because a few weeks later I bought myself a shiny new ipod touch.  This was the best thing ever.  I downloaded a bunch of games, and Amanda and I would play them every class, both Science and Design Studies.  We played lots of Doodle Jump, helped eachother beat the retard test (or something like that), but most of all, we played Sneezies together every science class, forever, right until the end of the year. :D

That was just the start!  We talked lots about WoW, and we played lots of WoW.  And eventually, I got her to transfer to my server and she introduced me to Robin!  :D  We leveled from 70-80 together, and played together all the time.  EXCEPT SHE BEAT ME TO 80 BY LIKE A DAY. D:  But yeah, that was the best ever. :D  Her and Andy were my two best friends in Calgary!  And still are. :D 

Throughout alot of this time.  Most of it, actually.  I had a little crush.  Okay, a BIG crush. :P  Everyone ever knew.  Everyone.  Except her, I think.  When Left4Dead 2 came out, I bought a copy for her when I bought mine, and brought it to her when she was at her house, and I got a hug, and I was stoked. :D  Her dad was mad though, because he had already bought the game for her and just hadn’t given it to her yet.  I was all, OSHIT, but >:D at the same time. 

One day, we were talking on Facebook, and it happened.  We both found out that we liked eachother.  I wish I saved the conversation or something, but I didn’t!  But yeah, it was cute. :D  We had to go to exams the next day, or something like that, so we decided to go together.  SOME RANDOM GIRL.  Who wanted to comment on Amanda’s glasses, was trying to get her attention, so she was all, “Hey, is that your girlfriend?” and I was all :D:D:D:D:D:D:D.  And yeah.  I definitely went for it and put my arm around her. :D  AND NOW HERE WE ARE LIKE, MORE THAN A YEAR LATER.  Still dating and being best friends.  She’s the best and I love her. :D

We can start with a first post.

I’m gonna try to get in some sort of blogging habit.  I’ll have certain topics on certain days, or something.  We’ll see.  Also, if you don’t care, don’t bother reading my blog just to tell me that you don’t care.  xD  I’m gonna keep this public to everyone instead of just having the three people that read my blogspot. :P

Amanda, I hope you conform and make a Tumblr as well. :D  It’s waywayway better than Blogger or whatever they want to call it these days.  Also I love you, and I’m stoked on you being 18!

Robeen, THINGS WILL START BEING GOOD AGAIN SOONLY.  You’ll be here, in Calgary, and all your troubles will float away, to the sound of Disney movies, strippers, and Harry Potter.  And kissing my girlfriend in exchange for Oreos.  >.>  Also, you’re the best sister ever and I love you!

Weston, you are moving into my house in like two months.  I AM SO STOKED.  This will be so awesome.  We’ll LAN every day, and drive around, and kill people or something.  It’ll be the best.  I LOVE YOU MAN.
